We have become way to polarized . Liberals have been demonized by right wing talk radio for years. Ditto for Conservatives though more so on TV and in print.
It is war. First casualty of war is the truth.
One thing for certain the liberal and conservative posters who battle in this forum seem to care more about America than the silent majority. Ironic the pledge was written by a socialist and modified to its current form by a republican president. Maybe we can all get along

Blame it on Post Racist Disorder caused by the 1967 Riots. I know there were much more serious riots in 1967, but maybe the news didn't get to Gladwin until 1968, causing some confusion for folks. :>)

Muddy Road, your postings continue to get more bizarre as time goes on. You, and you alone, are the only person on this forum who continually brings up race with regards to politics, more particularily, the president. It is unfortunate that this man, thus far, is a complete failure. Race, however, has nothing to do with it. Your contributions hint that, to disagree with this president is racial. Nothing is further from the truth. Many people are starting to see this president as an inept leader; one who has completely surrounded himself with an additional inept administration. He, and they, are now being exposed as to their Socialist agenda, and the people don't like it. The president's approval rating is in continual decline because he is indecisive, and he is indecisive because he is incompetent.
Save the race-baiting to the professionals, Muddy Road; the likes of Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson, although you're getting to be as big a windbag as those two.
