Mom's pre-teen daughter is taxi driver for siblings
I'm not sure how to describe the decision by a Montana mom to let her 12-year-old daughter drive the car. She LET her! And on top of that she put her other children in the car, too! And, on top of that, it wasn't even just a quick drive down the driveway. It was a 15-mile trip to the day care center! I'm speechless.
