Either Way You Slice It...

The fact that a public release states the President would rather watch basketball than the will of the people is a double-edged sword.

It says that the White House expects Hoffman to roll over anyone in the area, and save Corzine/Christie, a blowout for the newly-reorganized GOP that is recognizant of their grassroots.

Sure, it's a bit skewed with conservative fellows and hijackers of policy, but their reputation is risked in these results.

If the Dems win tonight, a delicious rope-a-dope for the White House, but moreso, just another example of politics regardless of our will. Mako ou.t
