Detroit Police Academy Graduation II

New Detroit Police Officer Toron Crawford (left) salutes Police Chief Warren C. Evans. Crawford earned the Outstanding Performance Award from the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards. The Class of 2009-E is the first Detroit Police class to graduate since Evans, formerly the Wayne County Sheriff, took over as Chief of Police.
