School transformation
Where are the proposals for the items proven to improve urban schools? Who is addressing; 1. student attendance and behavior
2. class size
3. Books, materials, equipment, supplies
4. functional facilities
Teacher accountability should require at the minimum, that schools provide some of the things that teachers were trained to teach with during their university years.
How can teachers be accountable for students present in class 30 or 40 days
out of the 90 in a semester? What can you do with equipment without a outlet to plug it into?
